Meyer, a consultant in the firm\u2019s dispute resolution group in Bangkok, led a regional team across Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand to advise UNEP in connection with its Global Environmental Report on the Rule of Law as part of its Environmental Rule of Law Initiative.
